01.Is Ordiso really free to use?
Yes. The free tier lets you manage up to 100 students per admission session and up to 2 admission sessions per year. It includes the custom application form builder, visual admissions board, printable QR code sharing, counselor follow-up logs, and up to 3 staff seats. No credit card is required, with no hidden fees and no expiration date.
02.How do students apply to our institute?
When you create an admission session, Ordiso automatically generates a dedicated public application link and high-resolution QR code. You can display this link on your school website, social media, admissions prospectus, or campus banners. Students open the link on any smartphone or computer and submit their details directly.
03.Do students need to create an account or remember a password?
No. Requiring prospective students or parents to create an account leads to high abandonment rates. In Ordiso, applicants submit their information directly and immediately receive a unique Application ID to monitor their progress.
04.How does the student tracking portal work?
Students visit the public tracking page (/status), enter their Application ID and registered phone number or email, and instantly see their live status (Applied, Shortlisted, Interview, Admitted, or Confirmed) along with any interview times or counselor notes. This drastically cuts repetitive reception phone calls.
05.Can we customize the application form for our specific courses?
Yes. Ordiso includes a built-in form builder. You can add custom questions, text fields, contact inputs, dropdown options, and date pickers, and toggle mandatory vs optional validation for each field.
06.How is Ordiso related to ToolNestr?

07.Is applicant data secure and isolated between institutes?
Yes. All institute data is strictly isolated using database-level Row-Level Security (RLS) on our cloud database. One institute can never access another institute's student records. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, with automated nightly backups.
08.Can multiple team members and counselors collaborate?
Yes. You can invite team members with specific roles: Admin (full system access), Counselor (can update applicant statuses and record follow-up call notes), and Viewer (read-only access to admission numbers and reports).
09.Can we export applicant data and print reports?
Yes. Ordiso features instant, one-click PDF generation for daily intake summaries, counselor logs, and comprehensive applicant listings formatted cleanly for print or distribution in board meetings.
